RELEX USA is looking for an enthusiastic, full time Administrative Assistant to become the heart of our office in Atlanta. We are looking for a motivated, structured, and bright individual who wants to contribute to bringing value to our customers through ensuring that the rest of the team can focus on value-generating activities.
In this position, you will need to be ready and eager to take on several different responsibilities, and your tasks will be related mainly to managing everyday tasks and routines to support our Sales and Professional Services teams. You will also be our main contact person to Central Administrative team in Helsinki, Finland. You will join a close-knit, ambitious team of smart, talented people; all committed to the success of an organization that every member feels is more than just a company.

As part of the RELEX USA team your tasks would include, but are not limited to:
General office management
Coordinating office maintenance and development
Coordinate recruitment efforts (signing up for events, contacting candidates, scheduling interviews, etc)
Contents (copywriting, editing): emails, recruiting ads, internal newsletters
Data / CRM management
Creating sales support materials
