Responsibilities

Grow your career at Real Alloy. We have a Great opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant who specalize in data entry and inventory control.

Real Alloy has a career opportunity available for an experienced, personable, and skilled Administrative Assistant at our Loudon, TN location. This position has a direct impact on the success of our Loudon, TN plant.

Use your Analytical, Inventory, Data Entry, and Planning Knowledge to:

  • Scale Trucks in and out

  • Gather paperwork from internal & external customers and manually enter into the system

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound load scheduling

  • Assist the Customer Service Rep and serve as a back-up

  • Answering phone calls, communicating via CB radio, faxing, copying and filing in a timely manner

  • Enter and update inbound/outbound loads in BEST Logistics system manually.

  • Prepare, reconcile, and send weekly and monthly reports to customers and management when needed

Qualifications

  • Associate degree required or equivalent years of experience.

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a customer service role, admin role; transportation industry experience preferred but not required.

  • Ability to effectively communicate, problem solve, and multi-task.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and organizational skills are essential.

  • Highly motivated, goal oriented, ethical and challenge driven

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products. Experience with Oracle preferred

  • Proven ability to function successfully with minimal supervision.
