This position will consist of various administrative duties, such as, data entry, filing, and the use of multi-line phone systems. Duties and

Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for customers via phone and email
  • Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and takes dictation
  • Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations
  • Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports
  • Perform daily data entry and scanning of documents
  • Provide administrative support to staff
  • May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
  • Operates office machines such as photocopiers and scanners, fax machines and personal computers
  • Order and maintain supplies; arrange for equipment maintenance
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Must have recent, relevant experience in Administrativework
  • Team Player
  • Ability to pay attention to detail required, especially in time-sensitive and pressure situations
  • Able to properly prioritize workload and remain adaptable under pressure
  • Must have Computer experience to include MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint
  • Tech Savvy
  • Minimum typing speed of 45 WPMand 10-Keyspeed of 7,500 keystrokes/hour
  • The position requires flexibility, as priorities change and as needs arise to assist other department colleagues
  • Interpersonal skills in order to interface in person and via telephone
  • Dedicated, passionate attitude from someone wanting to make a difference in their job

Essential Requirements Administrative Responsibilities: * Coordinates the efficient operations of the department/region by maintaining confidential and general files, scheduling daily tasks and performing necessary clerical duties relevant to the assigned area * Completes assigned reports and/or projects in a timely and efficient manner by compiling information and preparing it in final format * Performs and assists with miscellaneous projects as assigned * Completes assigned compliance training related to the position * Understands all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and complies with the requirements Truckers Bank Plan Department Administrative Responsibilities: * Prepares loan and lease documentation packages * Performs "after-funding" duties (i.e., customer file preparation, customer copies, filings) * Assists in the follow up for expiring insurance and maintenance of insurance report. Ensures that coverage is in accordance to policy and all certificates are current and in place * Follows and posts follow-up items and comments with regard to funded deals and pending transactions to the departmental Pending Report * Prepares customer loan and lease documentation and input customer loan/lease data into the front-end boarding system for funding * Updates various other reports including UCC/Lien Search report with lien search and filing date information * Perform backups for Vehicle funding input and Day 2 verification of new loans and leases Experience/Skills * Two (2) or more years of loan and lease documentation experience preferred * High School Diploma/GED required. * Must understand and/or be able to calculate debt repayment * Knowledge of UCC/vehicle title security interests * Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word) essential * Ability to negotiate various Secretary of State websites for information gathering * Analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail * Strong written and verbal communication skills Equal Opportunity Employer - M/F/Disability/Veteran 1St Source Bank South Bend IN
