Spurwink is starting a new statewide contract out of our Portland office and is looking for an administrative assistant to provide office support for a variety of administrative tasks to assist with the implementation and ongoing work of the team. We are seeking a friendly, organized person to be part of this exciting new program.
This a 20 hour per week position.

Duties include copying/collating printed materials, ordering office supplies, managing contract timelines and due dates, assisting team and supervisor with general office duties.
Minimum Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or G.E.D. required; some undergraduate experience preferred. Relevant work experience (i.e., secretarial, computer management, office management) preferred.
Minimum Experience Requirements:
Must have ability to read agency reports.
Must have effective oral and written communication skills. Must be experienced in working with PC's and database systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word preferred.
