Responsibilities and Qualifications

The Administrative Assistant supports the dealership General Manager and store leaders with a variety of administrative business tasks.

  • Produce information by copying, scanning, and transmitting text, data, and graphics

  • Manage and maintain appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel

  • Manage and complete travel expense reports

  • Receive and screen inbound phone calls

  • Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

  • Prior experience working as an Administrative Assistant preferred

  • Track record of good customer service

  • Excellent writing skills, reporting skills, and scheduling

  • Great with organization, time management and verbal communication

  • Familiar with travel logistics and utilizing travel systems, IE., Concur

  • Microsoft Office experience required; Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • Must be detailed oriented and a self-starter

  • Must be able to handle confidential information; great work ethic

  • Positive attitude and excellent people skills a must

  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)
