The Administrative Assistant will be the primary support assisting with admin functions in the People Operations (Human Resources) department. This will include scheduling meetings, coordinating with multiple teams and departments, managing calendars, and helping with various projects such as filing, scanning, and organizing employee records, and more. They will have the ability to quickly learn about the specialized functions and organizational structure of the Company.
Duties & Responsibilities
Work with and directly support the People Operations team.
May maintain, update and communicate weekly recruiting reports
Effectively deliver on ongoing department projects
Scheduling meetings, organizing calendars, room reservations, reporting and other duties as assigned.
Assist with recruiting admin functions as needed.
This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of effectively relating to individuals at all levels. Exceeding customer (i.e., Team Member) and candidate expectations is a requirement of the position. The successful incumbent will be sensitive to business needs, team member goodwill, and the Company's public image.
