A successful independent Financial Service Team of Thrivent Financial is looking to add a part time (20-25 hours per week) Administrative Assistant to their team in Lancaster, PA. You are customer focused, organized, and inventive. You are able to handle multiple details, follow-through and help the clients feel supported and appreciated. You will be the first point of contact for members/clients in-person and phone
Manage client communication, schedule and confirm client appointments
Greet clients/members as they arrive for appointments
Collaborate with the home office to maintain and follow up on pending business and requirements, etc. to keep the business moving forward
Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and data-base Salesforce, and other related CRM (desired).
Coordinate marketing activities (social media presence, email campaigns, etc.).
Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information
Handle and properly document sensitive communications with client/members, and respond in an effective and timely manner to ensure customer happiness
Coordination support of client events, workshops, seminars, and Action Team volunteer opportunities
