JOB SUMMARY

Providing administrative support and coordination of activities for specific teams of people. May include but not limited to answering telephone, taking messages and answering routine questions.

Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, presentations, billing, reimbursement, or monthly reports. Maintaining vacation schedule and managing schedules for the department.

Order and dispense supplies. May perform payroll functions, such as maintaining timekeeping information, processing and submitting to payroll. May maintain master copies of company policy and procedure manuals; keeping them up-to-date.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Presents a professional image, especially when dealing with customers. Perform administrative support tasks, such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, or operating calculators or computers to work with pay records, invoices, balance sheets, or other documents.

Works with all basic office support products. Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations. Strives to complete assignments according to established quality measures.

Demonstrates open, friendly, accepting, and supportive behaviors with team members. Takes personal ownership of and strives to meet assigned accountability expectations.

DEPARTMENT DETAILS

Schedule could include Monday-Friday between the hours of 630am-630pm. Looking for availability to assist the department as needed.

Department has full-time hours available from July-September. Position will work at the following locations as needed: Vandemark Building, Tea/Ellis Wellness Center, or 49th and Oxbow.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma or GED required.

Applicable experience preferred.

Based on facility needs, may require a valid drivers license and maintain a good driving record.
