SUMMARY OF POSITION
Administer sales orders for CON-E-CO. Provide logistical support for the facility as well as act a liaison between sales and manufacturing, purchasing engineering, and materials.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, tradeshows
Provide up to date information on a daily basis to the sales department on manufacturing and engineering status in the factory
Ensure that projected monthly deliveries are met
Generate weekly sales/production reports
Ensure that problem products move through the facility and receive the attention that they need through quality reports
Provide daily reports to the sales department with up to date production schedule information concerning all key products
Manage entry of sales orders into the system
Receive and review orders from sales and schedule promise dates to meet customer requirements.
Assist with the special projects that require interaction between sales, engineering, service and manufacturing
All other duties and responsibilities that are reasonably assigned by the employer or its designee
Two year technical or Associate's Degree
High School or GED required
Minimum education requirement can be met through relevant years of experience in the field
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a technical or mechanical environment
Microsoft Office Proficient
General knowledge of heavy equipment
