Administrative Assistant- Operations Division

Nidec Minster Corporation has an opening for a regular, full-time Administrative Assistant in the Operations Division. This person will provide administrative support to the Operations Managers and Operations Leads in Assembly, Machine Shop/Frame Cell, and Weld Shop.
ERP transaction support
Edit, review & approve timecards in e-time (enter vacation, personal time, schedule changes, etc.)
Monitor time reporting
Provide administrative support as requested to various Managers and Leads within Operations
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent computer skills. Must be proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
Knowledge of Microsoft Access helpful.
Must be a team player.
Must be able to easily develop rapport with internal and external customers and be polite and courteous.
Must be detail orientated and have exceptional organizational skills.
Must work with a sense of urgency.
Must be comfortable working in a production environment
Associates Degree is business preferred
