• Air and Space Defense Systems (ASDS) is seeking a TS cleared

• Administrative Assistant to support the program area director and individual program teams within the Space Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (S-ISR) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU).

Daily onsite presence, in Richardson, TX, is required for this role.

What You Will Do

• Provide business administrative and coordination support

• Exhibit professional organization skills through written and verbal communications

• Coordinate/arrange meetings and events as needed for staff, customers and executives

• Track expenses, arrange travel, manage calendars

• Assist where needed to support program(s) actions to include special projects

• Logistic coordination with IT, facilities, and catering groups

• Collaborate with other administrative support members on campus

• Develop relationships while using good judgement to navigate Raytheon's matrix

• Demonstrate a professional, positive, and collaborative attitude

Qualifications You Must Have

• AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience

• Advanced to expert level experience with Microsoft Office resources

• Professional administrative experience supporting senior/executive level stakeholders

• Excellent customer service skills

• An active and transferable TS level U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

We Are RTX

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 83,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
