Job DescriptionThis position provides administrative support to senior leadership and others by handling a variety of tasks such as managing calendars; scheduling and organizing meetings; coordinating catering; planning for, and assisting during, special events; inputting travel reimbursements and small business expenses; purchasing items via a PCard order while adhering to procurement guidelines; providing front office presence and management; and providing assistance and direction to phone, email, and in-person customers.

Conditions of Employment40-hour work week Monday-Friday. Work hours are fixed 8 AM - 5 PM, and work is on ODU campus in Norfolk, VA. Opportunity for limited remote work is possible after probationary period.
Annual Salary/Hourly RateSalary is commensurate with education and experience and begins at $ - 38,000
