  • Receive and tend to visitors

  • Perform word processing, filing and faxing

  • Answer telephone calls

  • Support diverse projects for other employees


  • Strong computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

  • Ability to use the internet for research

  • At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

  • Knowledge of email

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Projects experience preferred

  • Solid understanding of switchboard phones from 1-10 lines

This individual will provide critical, direct support to the Credit area and Director of Operations, with a significant impact on day to day operations. The Administrative Assistant - Credit Administration will: * Prepare, coordinate and distribute meeting materials to the Board of Directors and Senior Management for Resource Team, Monitoring Team and Loan Committee meetings. * Provide support to the FVP Credit Administration in preparation of the Loan Loss Allowance documentation. * Communicate and distribute all signature/emergency loan requests that must be acted upon prior to the next scheduled committee. Log the responses and download approved requests. * Monitor appraisal requests for completion and payment of appraisal services. * Review and process corporate Credit Card applications for completion and compliance to the bank guidelines. * Provide administrative support services to the FVP Credit Administration and the SVP, Director of Operations including preparation of correspondence, schedule appointments/meetings, and maintain calendar. * Prepare daily, monthly and quarterly reports on behalf of the Credit Administration Department for Senior Management and the Board of Directors. * Coordinate the preparation and collection of information, including all pre-examination materials required for the State of Wisconsin, FDIC examining authorities and Park Banks local auditors. Requirements: * High school graduate or equivalent. Some college or technical school preferred with a focus on business. * Previous experience within a financial institution with knowledge of loan and basic banking operations preferred. * Keyboarding skills required with Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel capabilities. * Must possess accurate spelling, punctuation and grammar skills and the ability to understand and work accurately with numbers. * Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and to work independently. * Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess above average communication skills. * Must have the ability to effectively interface with co-workers at varying levels in the organization. * Knowledge of Loan Operating Systems and Customer Relationship Management Systems, especially Salesforce and nCino (CXM) would be strong assets but not required.
