Dynamic and rapidly-growing, OfficeTeam is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join a team. You will be responsible for various office support and administrative duties as the Administrative Assistant. Do you love mail merging, pivot tables, and presentation design? Then we have the Administrative Assistant position for you. A short term temporary opportunity, this Administrative Assistant opportunity is located in the Burlingame, California area. Your responsibilities in this role:

  • Receive and tend to visitors

  • Perform word processing, filing and faxing

  • Support diverse projects for other employees

  • Answer telephone calls

Requirements

  • Knowledgeable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

  • At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired

  • Expertise in meeting coordination and planning

  • Email experience preferred - navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience

  • Deep understanding of documentation

  • Records maintenance experience highly desired

  • Proven knowledge of calendar managements and scheduling appointments
