The Administrative Project Assistant will be supporting their elite team of Property Managers YOUR RESPONSIBILITES
Respond to all calls, requests, emails, regarding on-going projects, maintenance issues, vendors, and sub-contractors
Prepare and ensure all work orders are processed and completed
Support Property Managers with all related documents, including contracts, payment requests, invoices, expense and project budget reports, vendor contact information, prepare and distribute project schedules and presentations, and calendar management
Assist with bidding process and quotes

3+ years' experience in Administrative Support
Have 2+ years' experience in a fast paced corporate setting
