OfficeTeam is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a client Transportation located in Ypsilanti. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as but not limited to: entering flight and duty information promptly and accurately into a crewmembers record, developing and finalizing schedules that ensure aircraft and their crew, tracks all crew leaves, sick and vacation time and long-term bank totals, and review per diem submittals for accuracy and completeness. . This is a temporary to full-time opportunity.
The position is full time, Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM. The pay is $15 an hour. If your background and experience align with this role please submit your resume to this posting.
The Administrative Assistant role requires prior experience with the entire Microsoft suite and Expense report software. Must have 2+ years of previous Administrative experience in an office environment. Must be comfortable working in a team environment.
