OfficeTeam is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a Property Management company in North Charleston. This will be a full time temporary to full-time opportunity. WEEKENDS ARE REQUIRED. You will be: ?Assisting the Leasing Manager in all functions necessary to operate the community. ? Answer incoming calls and greet prospective residents while providing quality customer service. ? Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly occupancy, demographics, and resident reports. ? Maintain prospect, applicant, and resident demographics, marketing data, and referral sources. ? Maintain and monitor applicant files and rental activities. ? Organize and record invoices ? Set up the conference room as needed for business meetings. ? Other projects as assigned. Apply Today!

Requirements

  • Database management experience required

  • Email experience

  • Customer service experience

  • Adeptness in composing various kinds of correspondence - navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge of mail processing

  • Proficiency in switchboard phones from 1-10 lines

  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

  • At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

  • Proven ability to use the internet for research

  • Accomplished computer skills is a must.
