SUMMARY OfficeTeam is seeking candidates for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT position for a company here in the Lehigh Valley. This ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT will be supporting the office, including the sales team to provide encouragement and positivity with interactions and prides themselves on being a fun and goal-oriented environment.
In the ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT role, you?ll be the first point of contact at the office and provide administrative support to the team. The ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT will also maintain files and verify account data in a timely manner. This ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT will communicate on behalf of the team and will have clear communication skills to handle phone, email and web communications.
DUTIES Work with home office to ensure accurate account setup and resolve issues Answer questions and provide readily available information to clients, if requested and as allowable, as it relates to servicing their accounts Maintain files and records in accordance with the records retention policy Handle follow up items after client meetings Organize and route incoming telephone calls Conduct transactions on behalf of clients Manage office calendars and appointments Handle project support and ensures deadlines are met Handle contract administration and data entry Reporting tracking/maintenance to ensure practice is current and compliant in areas such as financial planning, managed accounts, etc. For immediate consideration, call or email resume to:
REQUIREMENTS At least 1-5 years' in Administrative and/or Office experience Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills Proficient computers skills including Microsoft Office Suite Strong written and verbal communication skills Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn! Associate's Degree preferred, not a requirement!
