Office Team is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department for a company located in the Biltmore area. Essential Functions: ? Assists the department in various administrative responsibilities, including scheduling meetings, organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files, and preparing correspondence. ? Provides support to recruitment efforts such as scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, contacting and interacting with candidates, and working within the applicant tracking system ? Aides HR team in the new hire on-boarding and paperwork completion process by preparing new hire folders, completing I-9 verification, conducting orientations, and following-up with new hires regarding the completion status of their documentation ? Conducts various duties assigned by the Manager of Human Resources and provides back-up support for the Receptionist and HR team

Requirements
? Exceptional oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills and attention to detail. ? Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. ? Demonstrated proficiency in all Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and basic Web Applications. ? Ability to develop and cultivate relationships and networks in order to achieve results. ? A Bachelor?s or Associate's degree preferred but not required. Please send resume to
