OfficeTeam currently has an open position for an industrious Administrative Assistant who is deeply passionate about growing their career in the Banking industry. You will take charge of a number of different office support and administrative duties as the Administrative Assistant. Are you skilled at mail merging, pivot tables, and presentation design? Requirements

  • At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

  • Ability to use the internet for research

  • Substantial computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

Job Description Position Qualifications * You will be the first point of contact for members/clients in-person and phone and email. * You will be answering calls and scheduling and confirming client appointments * You will greet clients/members as they arrive for appointments * Collaborate with the home office to maintain and follow up on pending business, outstanding requirements, etc. to keep the business moving forward * Handle all administrative duties – scanning and filing, faxing, mailing, ordering office supplies, etc. * Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and data-base Salesforce, and other related CRM (desired). * Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information * Handling and properly documenting sensitive communications with client/members, and respond in an effective and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction * Help with the coordination of client events, workshops, seminars, and Action Team volunteer opportunities * Desire to learn more about our products, services, and Thrivent Financial * Growth and development for a candidate who is looking for a long-term career.
