This is a terrific opportunity for someone looking for a long term temporary-to-fulltime Administrative Assistant position based in the Menlo Park, California area. Responsibilities:
? Able to effectively communicate both safety and environmental topics ? Assist in maintaining safety guidelines, procedures, and policies ? Maintain calendars, and coordinate meetings and special events ? Maintain and file documentation needed for reporting to controlling agencies. ? Serve as a resource and contact for internal and external customers ? Report safety and environmental issues to the Program Coordinator ? Assist with projects as assigned ? ? High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution ? 2+ years in an administrative support role in office environment ? Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office ?
