Summary
Ground Control Business Management, a subsidiary of NFP, is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to firm Partners. This role will also perform a variety of clerical duties to support business management operations. This is a fast-paced, confidential environment, requiring excellent written and communication skills, multi-tasking, and attention to detail. This is a full-time onsite role.
Responsibilities:
Arrange partner meetings and handle set up as requested, being mindful of deadlines and priorities
Respond and follow up on client requests
Assist with communications to internal and external business partners
Coordinate travel arrangements
Send monthly cash flows and tax documents
Open, sort, and scan all incoming mail to respective teams
Perform receptionist functions as needed, including greeting guests, and answering and transferring calls
Record and disperse incoming packages
Answer phone calls, email requests and written correspondence
Prepare and process outgoing mail (including FedEx, UPS, USPS, messenger, etc.)
Stock and deliver supplies as directed/as needed
Ensure office cleanliness and organization
Order and set up in office lunch orders as requested by Operations team
Update client database, including transitioning client accounts, new employees, etc.
Additional responsibilities/projects as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in an administrative role required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Excellent follow through and attention to detail
Excellent punctuality and attendance
Ability to work in team setting, exhibiting flexibility and cooperation
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to read and interpret various forms and documents accurately
Ability to multi-task
Excellent organization and time management skills
Strong proficiency in and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
Must be able to work overtime as needed

The base salary range for this position is $37,000 - $62,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
