NaphCare has an excellent opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our Corporate Headquarters in Birmingham, AL. The Administrative Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for the Company and is responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative duties. This is position is from 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday.
Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
Answers and transfers phone calls after careful screening to ensure each call is transferred to the correct department.
Communicates in a professional manner with all managers, employees, vendors and clients of NaphCare.
Provides excellent customer service while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
Perform various clerical and administrative functions, including, but not limited to receiving/sorting mail, receiving deliveries and sorting/mailing checks.
Promotes, supports, and adheres to all policies outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Seeks resources for direction, when necessary.
Performs all other related functions and duties as required.
Associate's degree preferred.
Basic computer skills.
Excellent skills in the areas of organization, attention to detail, time management and an ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to take initiative with projects to work both independently and as a team member.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
