What you'll be responsible for:

You will support the CMO and the rest of the Marketing/Communications team with administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for project management backup, coordination, and assist in operational processes. This role provides ample room to grow in the marketing and project management realm.
What you'll be doing:
Administrative Support:
Develop and maintain schedules, files, and records; prepare forms, reports and statistics as required.
Schedule appointments, arrange meetings and travel, handle phone calls and inquiries (including interactions with donors and volunteer committee members), relieve supervisor of clerical work and routine administrative and business tasks.
Assist in submitting monthly expense reports.
Assume other responsibilities and perform clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
Support JUF Campaign and mandatory campaign-related activities on an ongoing basis.
Project Management Support:
Assist the organization in managing projects from pre-project activities through completion.
Follow up with internal clients on active projects
Coordinate project intake
Assist with timeline and calendar creation and management.
Support clients and colleagues with new project management tools.
Support the Director of Project Management to solve problems.
What you need to succeed:
REQUIRED:
Comfort using desktop based and cloud-based technologies (e.g., Hive, Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Salesforce, Canva, etc.)
Confidence dealing with donors and volunteers
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple workloads and competing deadlines at one time
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Capable of working independently
Adaptability and able to handle changing dates and requirements
Skillful planner and ability to think ahead
Good attitude and openness to working in fast-paced environment
PREFERRED:
Associates or Bachelor's Degree
Previous Project Management software experience
1-2 years past client services experience
