Provide administrative support to the Finance Department to include, but not limited to: reception duties, word processing, administrative duties, and data entry.
Serve as key receptionist at the 25 Commerce Drive facility
Greet and engage guests in a friendly and professional manner
Conference room maintenance and calendar management
Office and break room supply ordering
Update Purchasing PO log
General clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, emailing
Ad hoc projects as assigned.
EDUCATION, PROFESSIONAL SKILLS, & EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 years administrative support
Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task
Proficient in Excel
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work both independently and on a team
