Liberty of Oklahoma Corporation is now hiring for a full-time "Administrative Assistant" position at the Laura Dester Children's Center located at 7318 E. Pine Street in Tulsa, OK.

The Laura Dester Children's Center is a 24-bed intermediate care facility which provides residential treatment services to children and adolescents.

As an Administrative Assistant with Liberty, you will provide a wide array of clerical and administrative support services to our professional team. Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Word processing and typing

  • Paper and electronic filing

  • Scheduling meetings

  • Generating reports

  • Copying and scanning

  • Communicating verbally and in writing to internal and external stakeholders

  • Executing various small and large projects

  • Prior professional work experience providing administrative support within an office environment

  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to work independently / autonomously

  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
