Samaritans Purse is seeking a Administrative Assistant to join our Legal Department in Boone, North Carolina. In this role, you will provide clerical and administrative support to the Legal Department, primarily with regard to maintenance of departmental files and incoming matters in both electronic and paper formats. This role requires careful and professional attention to detail, superior organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. A day in the life of an Administrative Assistant:

In the role of Administrative Assistant, you will have the opportunity to:

• Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him

• Perform general administrative duties: managing Legal Departments paper and electronic documents and files, assist visitors, answer phones, route information and request and ordering departmental supplies

• Assist with task such as document authentications, apostille applications, drone registrations and trust/estate matters

• Provide administrative support to the Data Privacy Officer, including assist with correspondence, schedule meetings, paper and electronic filing in Departments matter management software, travel planning and expense reimbursement

• All other duties as assigned
