Administrative Assistant-Irvine, CA

Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a full-time, experienced Administrative Assistant. This opportunity is for our client, one of the worlds leading food and beverage companies, at its location in Irvine, CA.

This position is a 12-month assignment, starts immediately and pays $15.00-$17.00 per hour depending on experience.


Job Description:

  • Fluent in Bilingual English and Spanish

  • General office tasks: filing, copying, corresponding with onsite and office site employees

  • Processing, verifying, maintaining and filing documentation related to department activities

  • Able to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines

  • Assisting in the coordination of company special events

  • Communicating with offsite and onsite employees in Spanish/English via phone, email or direct communication.

  • Provide clerical support to the Finance and HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures.

  • Assist with planning new employee orientation meetings

  • Participate in QRMP yearly audits and assist in the development of procedures and corrective actions.

Skills and Qualifications/


  • MUST be Bilingual in English and Spanish, ability to read and write proficiently in both languages

  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven administrative assistant experience required

  • Must possess a two-year degree in business, or equivalent in experience or related field

  • Experience communicating with internal/external employees in both Spanish/English via phone, email or direct communication

  • Experience with calendar management; scheduling meetings

  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work

  • An absolute commitment to confidentiality, honesty and integrity is required in this role

  • Excellent communication and attention to skills are required

  • Must be self-motivated and demonstrate a team work environment

Terms of the Assignment:

  • Associates Degree in Business, or equivalent in experience or related field required

  • 12 months; Starting immediately; Possibility of conversation to FT after 12 months; based on performance and business needs

  • Full-time positions-Monday-Friday:

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Flexible!
