The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the plant manager of the Texas plant. This position works collaboratively with the leadership team to support plant's goals and initiatives. Responsibilities in this area require working independently, maintaining confidentiality, and using good judgement while providing operational, administrative, project, and office technology support with minimal direction. This position will perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

Supports leadership team reporting including compiling weekly Division activity and significant events reports, executive level PowerPoint presentations, and other executive correspondence.
Manage MRO functions for the facility, including monitoring supply levels, procurement and issuing purchase orders.
Reception Desk duties including managing visitor calendar, answering phones and greeting visitors.
Qualifications / Skills
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong verbal and written communication skills including ability to professionally interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintains confidentiality and exercises discretion and diplomacy at all times.
Works independently within scope of responsibilities, anticipates problems, and uses sound judgement to act appropriately.
Demonstrates attention to detail, a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
Demonstrates ability to meet multiple deadlines.
Should demonstrate a willingness to take on new challenges, learn skills to contribute to the organization as a whole, and be confident in identifying opportunities for improvement.
AA degree or 2 years progress towards 4-yr degree required.
4-yr college degree strongly desired.
Experience making travel arrangements preferred.
Experience using multi-line phone systems is preferred.
Minimum of three years of work experience required, preferably in executive-level administrative support or project management.
