Belcan is consulting with a strong Automotive Hybrid development partner fulfilling an opportunity as an Administrative Assistant. You will play an instrumental role in working on projects within this group with multi- lingual talent. If you have Japanese speaking abilities, this is a plus working in a large 40 member team.

The Administrative Assistant will maintain a summary of department expenditures and budget utilization, You will be responsible to create group office memos and reports when requested

The Administrative Assistant will be extremely organized and will be responsible for forms, files, data and information, submit forms and documents to other departments. including invoicing, payment and purchase request documentation

The Administrative Assistant will monitor purchase orders and accruals, schedule meetings and make necessary arrangements for those meetings

You will support and execute other office duties requested by Managers and General Managers

Track and organize contract and technical reports

Support translation of documents between Japanese and English is a plus

Requirements:

5+ years experience in supporting daily operations within an office environment

MS Office Proficiency

Good oral and written communication skills, and efficient using multi-tasking skills

Willingness to work in a multi-cultural environment

Proficient in Japanese language is a plus

Job Summary The Department of Radiology is seeking an Administrative Assistant Senior to provide high quality support for faculty over four divisions (Abdominal, Cardiothoracic, Emergency, and Neuroradiology).
