Responsibilities
POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide administrative support for Transfusion Medicine. Responsible for departmental administrative activities including, but not limited to, budget development/assistance, procurement, payroll, scheduling, productivity reporting, and duties requiring extensive experience with policies, procedures, and practices of Transfusion Medicine.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
RELATIONSHIPS/AUTHORITY:
Receives minimum direction from Transfusion Medicine faculty and chief supervisor. Directs other clerical staff in related administrative matters.
QUALIFICATIONS:
College degree and /or an equivalent combination of experience and training. One year of relevant administrative experience.
Able to work with little or no supervision, excellent communication and organizational skills. Advanced PC skills, i.e. Excel, graphics, and desk top publishing.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $21.36 - $29.90 Hourly
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
