Under the direction of Managers, will be responsible for providing administrative support, general clerical support and light project coordination to the team. Ability to act as a team player, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to multi-task and prioritize and achieving high quality results are critical requirements.

Excellent agility skills and the ability and willingness to learn quickly. Ability to work in an exciting, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Providing administrative support to supervisors: Managing schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reports.

Offering general secretarial/clerical support to supervisors.
. Implementing/organizing/maintaining files, records, and databases.

Updating invoice, SOW, and budget tracking for supervisors.

Organizing and arranging and managing events

Ordering any required materials for day-to-day support, projects, events.
. Assist in Change Management and Communications execution
. Onboarding and offboarding team members
. Ability to maintain confidentiality of strategic work

Skills/Knowledge Required:

Advanced PC Skills area a must. Includes: MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, SharePoint a plus.

Ability to think and act independently when required, while also acting as a team player.

Willingness to work in a fast paced environment where individual initiative and accountability to the team are required.

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
.Willingness to go above and beyond when required.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Skills/Knowledge Required: * A business/administrative school graduate or equivalent in industry experience * Twenty plus years of Executive Administrative Assistant experience and ten plus years supporting a corporate officer preferred. * Must have strong interpersonal skills, be a team player and be willing to work in an environment where individual initiative and accountability to the team are required. * Must be able to appropriately handle confidential information. * Must be able to work with limited day-to-day supervision. * A business/administrative school graduate or equivalent in industry experience. * Ability to function productively in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment. * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Strong PC experience, Microsoft Office Suite experience required including advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and strong computer acumen. Excel Skills at an intermediate level is a plus.
