We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant / Installation Coordinator to join our team!
Someone with a passion for serving customers, stellar communications skills, and proven ability to multi-task in high-volume environments. This position is the initial contact to our clients, customers, technicians, and office staff, and plays a vital role through providing administrative support.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Installation Coordinator
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30am start with rotating end shift between 4:00pm & 5:00pm.
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
What you will be doing:
Answering incoming customer calls
Scheduling sales estimates and day-to-day installations
Purchasing / ordering materials needed for installs
Creating department job files
Contacting customers, subcontractors, and inspectors for scheduling
Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, vendors, and customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule, requested lead-times, and through completion of project.
Maintenance of various department reports
Tracking of open & pending install tasks
Backup for service department as needed
Qualifications:
2 + years related experience working in an office, customer service, schedule coordinating, project coordinating, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Advanced customer service skills
Professional speaking voice as phones are a huge part of the position
Highly organized and detail oriented
Excellent and interpersonal communication skills
Strong experience in Microsoft Word, Excel & Google Suite
The ability to type 40 + WPM with accuracy
Data entry, filing, and other general office duties
Able to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and field staff
High school diploma or equivalent
Background check & drug screen
