As a key member of our team, you'll be able to use your unique experience to help support positive patient experiences.

The outpatient Radiology Administrative Assistant handles reception, scheduling, image library, and technologist assistant duties on a rotating basis. Reception involves patient registration, collecting clinical and insurance information. Scheduling includes booking imaging appointments, especially for Oncology and specialty patients. Additional tasks involve managing image uploads, creating hardcopy or CDs and assisting with patient preparation and safety for imaging procedures.

After initial training you will work as part of the administrative staff to ensure an efficient experience for patients and stakeholders following standards set forth by the University and the Department of Radiological Sciences.
