A local Philadelphia company is seeking a results-oriented Administrative Assistant As an Administrative Assistant your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: create spreadsheets for presentations, update and maintain database, answer incoming calls, greet and provide guidance to visitors, the ability to navigate computer systems, utilize search tools to find information, assist with mailing and document shipping, faxing, filing in addition to providing assistance with various administrative projects as requested.
The ideal Administrative Assistance must have at least one plus years Administrative or relevant work experience and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. This position requires knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, strong analytical and communications skills is a must.
