The Administrative Assistant III reports directly to the Dean of Student Services. The Administrative Assistant III provides assistance to the Dean and supports directors in other Student Services departments, including Admissions, Advising, Disability Services, Enrollment Services, Financial Aid, and Student Activities.
Assign campus parking and distribute parking tags for faculty and staff; maintain list of eligible employees and assign reserved parking spaces. Maintain office supplies. Assist Student Services departments with requisitions, travel, receiving reports, supply ordering, and occasional correspondence.
Perform related duties as assigned. Full-time 40 hours a week job. Some evenings and weekend hours maybe required. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited two-year college or university with major course work in related area is preferred. Minimum of three years relevant work experience.
Must have a valid drivers' license.

Proficient skills in using Word, Excel, Outlook, Banner, and various electronic communications.

Preference given to persons with experience working in a postsecondary institution.

Schedule appointments and meeting on the Outlook calendar for department heads. Schedule bi-weekly staff meetings, prepares agendas, takes minutes and submits minutes to staff and President in a timely manner.
