POSITION SUMMARY:

The Administrative Assistant will function in a strategic position that will support our division leadership and the overall operations of our family of physician practices. The Assistant helps manage all office activity and drives organization and productivity for our offices. This position will be located at ADC North in our Administrative office.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Provides administrative support including general clerical tasks and managing communication and correspondence.

  • Assists with reporting such as compiling data, filing, and developing report summaries.

  • Manages calendars and meeting coordination including preparing meeting materials and confirming attendees.

  • Develops and implements office procedures related to coordination of interoffice communication, records, and systems.

  • Assists with the development and implementation of budget and operational plans.

EXPERIENCE:

  • One year of administrative experience in a professional office setting is highly preferred.

  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required.
