  • Administrative Assistant II Human Resources (Catholic Health):

This position provides administrative support to the Human Resources department at Mercy Hospital of Buffalo. In this capacity, this position will be responsible for various job duties and responsibilities that support the front desk operations of the department, as well as for specific duties and responsibilities that assists the HR Director and Business Partners in day-to-day operational activities.

Director, Human Resources

SKILL AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS (MINIMUM):

Education Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • AAS Degree or graduate of an Administrative Assistant program strongly preferred

Required Work Experience

  • A minimum of one (1) three (3) years of Administrative Assistant related work experience, preferably in a Human Resources setting

Knowledge, Skill and Ability

  • Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and Outlook software applications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skill, including strong phone etiquette.

  • Ability to organize/prioritize multiple responsibilities

  • Ability to work with little or no supervision

  • Knowledge of standard office equipment (fax, copier, printer)

  • Knowledge of Lawson HRIS system strongly preferred
