We are seeking an administrative professional to serve in the County Executive Office. This key position provides core administrative support and office management in a dynamic role engaging with the community, county staff, and Board of Supervisors.
Are you dedicated to public service and have experience in office management and administrative support? Do you enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with professionalism and an orientation toward outstanding customer service? If so, the CEO's office would like to learn more about how you could demonstrate those serving our organization and community as our Administrative Services Assistant or Administrative Assistant II.
This position is a cornerstone for a dynamic County Executive Office. Duties include support for the County Executive's scheduling, support for community meetings, contract management, fiscal support including credit card reconciliation, and day-to-day administrative support including answering phones and email, ordering supplies, etc.
