The Administrative Assistant II is a support position responsible for centralized scheduling of Casual Pool, Clinical Relief Pool, Direct Support Professionals (DSP), and Floaters for programs within Pittsburgh Mercy, switchboard duties for incoming calls, and coordination/tracking of training requirements. This position is directly responsible to the Senior Manager and is designed to provide quality services as guided by the Organization Statement of Values and is expected to operate with considerable flexibility, initiative and professionalism.
High School Business Curriculum completed. Five years experience in a business environment.
Experience in Word Processing/Data Entry required. Excel experience preferred.
Generally Monday through Friday Daylight hours, with some flexibility to meet program needs.
