Minimum Requirements:

Experience with processing public records requests.
Experience with document imaging systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Processes Public Record requests and maintains all documentation within the department system in accordance with department and division policy and procedure. Ensures that no confidential materials are disseminated, pursuant to governing statutes.
Acts as back-up in performing duties of other support staff including phone duties, scanning documents and mail processing in accordance with division procedure.
Performs other related duties as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to use available technology to perform duties including computer software, hardware and data systems.
Ability to communicate effectively with the public in a professional and courteous manner.
Ability to monitor and coordinate with support personnel and ensure quality, quantity and timeliness of their work product.
Knowledge of and ability to apply Chapters 119, 326, 718, 719, 721 & 723, FS, and related rules.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Ability to assist in the training of personnel.
Ability to research, prepare, and disseminate information or statistical data to the public or agency personnel.
