Idaho National Laboratory is hiring an Administrative Assistant to work in our ATR Plant and Project Engineering department. Our team works a 4x10 schedule located out of our Advanced Test Reactor (ATR) facility with every Friday off.
You will provide administrative support to the departments in the G400 and G500 divisions of ATR. You will report directly to the director of ATR Plant and Project Engineering.
Responsibilities Include:
Monitor, organize, and balance administrative work for those you support.
Be a source for administrative knowledge for questions and issues to support organizational goals.
Organize, plan, and prioritize work assignments to ensure quality products that follow and comply with laboratory standards.
Proof your work to ensure that the end product is free of errors. Maintain knowledge of a variety of software applications including the laboratory software.
Provide excellent customer service to your manager, your group, and customers across the laboratory.
Compose/prepare internal and external correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Act as procurement agent for office supplies, publications, software/hardware, subcontracts, service subcontracts, etc.
Arrange meetings, manage phones, maintain calendars; facilitate travel arrangements, and complete expense reports.
Coordinate information collections for action items, facilitate personnel moves, phone requests, and other maintenance and service requests.
Maintain contact and document databases and prepare technical reports and project deliverables as requested by managers or co-workers.
Act as Intern liaison for G400 and G500 interns.
Minimum Requirements:
HS diploma or equivalent and 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "L" clearance, which requires US Citizenship.

Salary Grades: AS0200 - 130 ($36,504 - $58,356)/ AS0300 - 150 ($45,156 - $72,228)

TDP: This is a testing designated position; you will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and periodic drug testing throughout the term of your employment.
