Idaho National Laboratory is hiring an Administrative Assistant to work in our Research and Education Campus (REC) Facilities Maintenance department. Our team works an onsite 9x80 schedule located out of our Idaho Falls campus with every other Friday off.

You will provide administrative support to the REC Maintenance and Operations Managers. You will report directly to the Manager of the REC Facilities Maintenance department.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Back up the REC Maintenance and Operations director's administrative assistant and other staff when assigned.

  • Frequently collaborate with craft personnel, research staff, and management.

  • Provide occasional support to Facility and Site Services senior staff.

  • Back up the work control dispatch coordinator.

  • Provide record management expertise in the INL Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).

  • Compose and prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports using laboratory format.

  • Assist managers with scheduling meetings, arranging travel, organizing calendars, inputting check requests, developing expense reports, and scheduling of group activities.

  • Purchase required materials using Asset Suite system and P-Card.

  • Provide budget development and tracking support as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • HS diploma or equivalent and 2 years of relevant administrative experience.

Job Information:

  • Salary Grades: AS0200 - 130 ($36,504 - $58,356)
