Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a an Administrative Assistant to work in our Energy Environment Science and Technology department to provide direct administrative support to EES&T Division Director. Our team works a 9x80 schedule located out of our IRC facility with every other Friday off.
Responsibilities Include:
Perform administrative support responsibilities based on in-depth knowledge of the organization, laboratory procedures and laboratory standard software applications.
Perform complex, time sensitive tasks, and handle confidential matters.
Compose and prepare both correspondence and presentations, ensuring laboratory format is used.
Make travel arrangements; prepare and track expense accounts.
Manage daily scheduling and calendar for Division Director.
Complete other tasks as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
HS diploma plus 6 years relevant experience, or Vocational Certificate and 4 years relevant experience.
Experience organizing, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating multiple calendars
Ideally you will have skills in leading groups or teams. Advanced skills (4-5 year's experience) in Visio, Box, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and more).
