This is a full-time career opportunity based out of our Penn Square headquarters in Lancaster, PA. This position currently provides flexibility via a hybrid work schedule once initial training is complete.
Provides routine administrative support to nonexecutive employees for a department or administrative unit. Under close supervision, performs a variety of routine administrative duties in accordance with specific instructions and established work procedures. Follows written and verbal instructions to accomplish assignments of a routine and repetitive nature such as sorting and filing correspondence, cards, invoices, receipts or other records. Maintains simple files, posting records, compiling minor statistical data, making and checking routine calculations, proof reading, and completing forms and checking for accuracy. Contacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports. Work generally requires a broad working knowledge of departmental and company practices, policies, programs, and product line. Uses common computer programs for word processing and spreadsheets, and may use databases and graphics and desktop publishing applications.
Manages routine processes in respective department or assigned by management.
Researches and obtains information for routine reports and special assignments.
Compiles and analyzes basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials, prepares charts, graphs, or tables as necessary.
Investigates assigned problems using established company or department policies and practices to determine method of research, data and information requirements and analysis techniques.
Prepares and proofreads letters, reports and other correspondence.
Operates general office equipment such as personal computer, copier, calculator, fax or other office machines.
Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures not requiring management review.
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 or more years Administrative experience to include customer service and computer skills
This role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager. Each employee of the Organization, regardless of position, is accountable for reading, understanding and acting on the contents of all Company-assigned and/or job related Compliance Programs, regulations and policies and procedures, as well as ensure that all Compliance Training assignments are completed by established due dates. This includes but is not limited to, understanding and identifying compliance risks impacting their department(s), ensuring compliance with applicable laws or regulations, and escalating compliance risks to the appropriate level of management.
