ChampionX is seeking an Administrative Assistant located in Odessa, TX to primarily be responsible for providing logistics support while maintaining safe operations.
What Will You Do:
Prepare shipping documents, BOL, etc., for outbound shipments
Order plant and general office supplies
Post out inventory quantities in SAP
Maintain appropriate filing systems
Maintain spreadsheets for tracking of performance indicators
Provide administrative support to plant staff
Process invoice payments and follow up
Assist plant with AP functions
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Provide backup coverage for other administrative positions
Follow all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements; encourage action assuring safe behavior; confront unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively
Position Details:
This will be a local position at the Odessa, TX plant.
Work week and shift: Monday
Friday, 8am
5pm
Minimum Qualifications:
All candidates must have the ability to speak, read and write English
Minimum high school graduate or GED
2 years basic administration skills
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a high pace environment.
Experience in SAP
Strong aptitude in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

This position requires good communication skills and the ability to deal with various levels of employees, management, and third-party employees as required
