An Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant
This position qualifies for the following incentives which is separate from the base pay:
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates degree from an accredited college or university, with major coursework in Business Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or related field
Four (4) years of clerical and administrative experience.
Must pass drug screening and physical screening.
Preferred Qualifications:
One (1) year of Human Resources and/or Payroll experience
Knowledge of City of Fort Worth financial processes
Peoplesoft Human Capital and Financial
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Word and Excel
The Administrative Assistant job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Prepare payroll, timekeeper and enter schedules
Serve in the Human Resource Coordinator role
Serve in the Medical Records Coordinator role
Review and approve electronic deposits (eRDD)
Perform Accounts Receivable functions and prepare bank reconciliations
Process Receipt invoices
Create Venue Tax uploads
