Duties and responsibilities:

Work Process and Deliverables

  • Maintain schedule for Northeast Regional Manager

  • Assist project managers with project startup and closeouts

  • Maintain contract files

  • Maintain project change order requests

  • Assist in the development of operational financial spreadsheets

  • Assist in the preparation of project invoices

  • Assist in the coordination of project insurance requirements.

  • Help develop and prepare materials for meetings, interviews, and presentations.

  • Assist in prequalification efforts for city, state, and federal agencies.

  • Assist in collection and updating of project descriptions and resumes.

  • Format, print, collate, bind, and deliver report, proposals and other materials.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in an architecture, engineering, or program/construction management field, or related industry.

  • Ability to create and manipulate basic graphic elements (i.e., organization charts, tables, exhibits, etc.) and to use templates for formatting.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under strict deadlines

  • Good writing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills for interface with internal and external clients.

  • Availability to work occasional overtime as needed.
