Duties and responsibilities:
Work Process and Deliverables
Maintain schedule for Northeast Regional Manager
Assist project managers with project startup and closeouts
Maintain contract files
Maintain project change order requests
Assist in the development of operational financial spreadsheets
Assist in the preparation of project invoices
Assist in the coordination of project insurance requirements.
Help develop and prepare materials for meetings, interviews, and presentations.
Assist in prequalification efforts for city, state, and federal agencies.
Assist in collection and updating of project descriptions and resumes.
Format, print, collate, bind, and deliver report, proposals and other materials.
Minimum 4 years of experience in an architecture, engineering, or program/construction management field, or related industry.
Ability to create and manipulate basic graphic elements (i.e., organization charts, tables, exhibits, etc.) and to use templates for formatting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under strict deadlines
Good writing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills for interface with internal and external clients.
Availability to work occasional overtime as needed.
