Administrative Assistant for Operations, KEYS Academy. KEYS Academy is seeking positive, trustworthy, energetic, and reliable individuals to work in our Business and Operations department to facilitate billing, payroll, onboarding, and reporting under the direction of our Business and Operations Manager.
Candidates must hold a high school diploma (2 year associate degree preferred), and have successful experience working with billing, payroll, business operations, and confidential student material. Candidates must also have extensive experience in utilizing office technology and business applications software. Candidates must be team players, strong communicators, problem solvers, and be willing to travel to each of our schools on a monthly basis.
All KEYS Academy staff support special needs students within our private school settings. The successful candidate must be knowledgeable of HIPAA regulations and must be physically able to complete the demands of restraint training. CPR, First Aid, MAT and restraint training will be provided to the successful candidates. The candidate must be able to complete an extensive background check.
