The Administrative Assistant will support the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). Job functions include:
Demonstrating effective and efficient communication processes and skills.
Demonstrating the ability to prioritize.
Managing the coordination and communication of meetings and appointments.
Coordinating seminar, workshop and travel arrangements and processing expense reports.
Preparing payroll for the Department.
Efficiently managing incoming and outgoing correspondence/mailings.
Demonstrating customer oriented telephone skills.
Maintaining confidentiality of Departmental communication.
Organizing electronic and manual filing systems for expedient access of information.
